Yes. Cancel monthly with 30 days written notice. The subscription price is locked for 12 months from the start date. Paid monthly in advance.
Work outside the plan is billed at CHF 120/h, quoted upfront.
Yes. Plans stack freely — for example MOSS Website with MOSS Ads, or MOSS Local with MOSS SEO. You can upgrade, downgrade or add a plan at the end of any month.
No onboarding fee on subscriptions — your first monthly payment starts the work. If ad or analytics accounts must be created from scratch, our one-off Setup packages apply, quoted upfront.
We recommend from CHF 800 per platform per month, paid by you directly to Google, Meta or TikTok — and we don't run the plan under CHF 500 of media. The budget stays in your accounts — we never touch media money.

Yours. We work in accounts in your name. You keep access if you leave.
Yes. Your website, domain, content, data and accounts belong to you. If you cancel, everything stays with you — hosting can be transferred, and we hand over all accesses.
