Payment & invoicing

Public mirror of our commercial payment terms. Binding details are confirmed in your offer and the AGB.

Fixed prices

Package prices published on moss-studio.ch are fixed for the stated scope. We do not negotiate below published package prices.

One-time projects

• 50% advance is due on signing — no exceptions.
• The balance is due on delivery / go-live as stated in the offer.
• Work does not start until the advance is received.

Subscriptions

Growth and similar retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

Extra work

Anything outside the fixed package scope is billed at CHF 120/hour, paid in advance.

VAT

MOSS STUDIO is a sole proprietorship and is not yet VAT-registered (nicht MWST-registriert). Invoices currently do not include VAT. This changes when mandatory registration applies (above CHF 100,000 annual turnover) or when we register voluntarily.

Late payment

Unpaid invoices may pause delivery or support until settled. Reminder procedures follow Swiss practice and mandatory law.
