Guarantees

MOSS One delivery guarantee

For MOSS One (CHF 1’290 build + MOSS Website CHF 490/month, signed together): we deliver the agreed website within 10 working days after receiving complete client materials, or you receive −10% off the one-time build price.

“Complete materials” means the content, logos, access and decisions listed in the kickoff checklist. Delays caused by missing client input pause the clock.

Revision rounds

Each package includes the revision rounds stated on the product page / offer. Extra rounds or scope changes are out of scope.

Extra work

Out-of-scope work is billed at CHF 120/hour, paid in advance before we continue.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee search rankings, ad ROAS, or third-party platform uptime. Portfolio demos are presentation pieces — see Disclaimer.
