Cancellation & termination

Subscriptions

Subscriptions (including MOSS subscriptions) may be cancelled monthly with 30 days’ written notice (email is sufficient). The subscription price is locked for 12 months from the start date.

After cancellation

• Access to retainer services ends at the end of the notice period.
• Deliverables already paid for remain yours under the AGB IP rules.
• Hosting & domain: see Hosting & domain — year-1 hosting continues to the end of year 1; then basic care or full export / transfer.
• We delete or anonymise operational data that is no longer required, subject to legal retention (invoices, contracts).

One-time projects

The 50% advance is non-refundable after work has started. If you cancel before kickoff materials are received and work begins, we may refund the advance minus documented third-party costs already incurred — confirmed in writing case by case.

How to cancel

Email contact@mossstudio.ch with the account / project name and desired end date. We confirm in writing.
